[opensuse-wiki] Q:Working of Lowercase title

Hello, I want to know , how does the Lowercase title works in the new instance (wiki.o.o). In en.o.o we had {{Lowercase title}} , Is it the same in new instance ? Also how do we change the name of categories (there was a code I remember) , like for http://wiki.opensuse.org/Category:OpenSUSE_project (the 'o').
