I can write the script but require some help to set up a bot account. I guess it could only use username and password, not SUSE SSO.
Let's try that then. Can you also add a delete option? So the the tool would
- put a message on outdated pages with a configurable grace period - (optionally) delete pages that got the message and despite another grace period still didn't get updated.

I see problems with the "outdated if older than the English version" approach: ─ A modification in an English page may be just a typo correction or a layout change that may not necessary in other wikis. ─ A non-English wiki may have a different strategy to keep a page updated. For example, in the Spanish wiki macros are used a lot to keep pages like the links to repositories automatically updated just using a macro for the openSUSE version in the links. This kind of pages seldom need maintenance. ─ Non-English pages doesn't have to be clones of the English page. They may be simplified versions of the English page because the number of contributors is very low and they're simpler to maintain. So the simplified version may be useful for a longer period than the original, especially if combined with macros. ─ Non-English wikis may have pages not present in the English wiki. Someone have to check them manually to see whether they're outdated or not.
