An update that fixes three vulnerabilities is now available.

Description:

Multiple KDC DoS vulnerabilities if used with LDAP backends
have been fixed in krb5. CVE-2011-0281 and CVE-2011-0282
have been assigned. Additionally a DoS vulnerability in
kpropd has been fixed. CVE-2010-4022 has been assigned to
this issue.


Patch Instructions:

To install this openSUSE Security Update use YaST online_update.
Alternatively you can run the command listed for your product:

- openSUSE 11.3:

zypper in -t patch krb5-3942

- openSUSE 11.2:

zypper in -t patch krb5-3942

To bring your system up-to-date, use "zypper patch".
