[opensuse-translation] How to handle openSUSE related translation bugs?

From time to time, there are translation bugs in Bugzilla. For example:

https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=975794 zypper: bad German translation How do we want to handle such reports? I've no idea whom I can assign such bugs (esp. now while we are switching to weblate).
