This is a conceptual problem... The webyast group is not aware of
translation procedures, they don't have an established channel to send
and receive translations, and on top don't have the concept for how to
produce proper messages for adequate translation to many languages clear

This is discouraging. :-(

Do we need a translation tutorial for developers, maintainers, packagers
and translators? Review the procedures as S. Kulow has started for the
whole of factory, perhaps?

I'm sorry, perhaps I'm completely wrong. Maybe I'm pissed because
burglars entered my house (no kidding) and I'm barking here.
