There it is. There is a syntax error in line 1593 of the file. You open
now the file with something else, like "less", and
go to that line. Lets see:

#: ../src/gpk-common.c:1396
# , c-format
msgid "%i minute"
msgid_plural "%i minutes"
msgstr[0] " %i នាទី"

It appears you forgot to translate the plural. Look at the Spanish
version, for instance:

I think I jumped too fast to conclusions. I didn't notice that your language doesn't have plural forms, according to the file definition:

"Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8\n"
"Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit\n"
"Plural-Forms: nplurals=1; plural=0;\n"
"X-Generator: KBabel 1.11.4\n"

Then it must be what it says, literally: some char there is incorrect or produces an error. I can not display your charset, anyway, so I can't help.
