I'm interesting in help translation opensuse to Portuguese(Brazilian) and the help page says to contact the coordinator to start translate., but there isn't a coordinator to pt_br language.

Because you are the first pt_BR team member, you will automatically become the team leader ;) When more team members join, you are free to change the responsibility, if wanted.
