I just chatted with the sysadmins, they're looking at this right now. A
couple of processes are running right now to correct some permissions on
the system. Until they are done, the system will be dead slow and
permissions might be wrong. Let's give the system some time to recover
gracefully - I suggest to not run svn today unless you really need it
and even in that case please wait at least two hours...
