Hello list, I try to install 11.3 RC2 in HP Mini 311, Intel Atom N280, with Broadcom Corporation BCM4312 802.11b/g. Using KDE Live CD, YaST stop at 41%. Try ctrl+alt+f1 to see what happen in the text mode cannot work also. Try to install it from DVD, Installation went ok. But when I reboot it, the boot process stop after loading b43-pci-bridge. I can see it when selecting failsafe in grub. In 11.2, it use broadcom-wl, dmesg give me [ 11.479048] wl 0000:03:00.0: PCI INT A -> Link[AX3A] -> GSI 16 (level, low) -> IRQ 16 [ 11.479075] wl 0000:03:00.0: setting latency timer to 64 Is there a solution to blacklist b43-pci-bridge and use broadcom-wl for this wlan, or do I miss something here? regards, -- medwinz ======================= http://medwinz.blogsome.com -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-testing+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-testing+help@opensuse.org
