rpm -ql fillets-ng-data (the 42.3 working version) versus rpm -ql fillets-ng-data (the TW, 15.0 broken version)
rpm -ql fillets-ng-data-1.0.1-5.1.noarch rpm -ql fillets-ng-data-1.0.1-1.6.noarch
The diff of both would help to find the broken version of the package.
There was no difference.
