[opensuse-security] SuSEfirewall accept traffic from certain port

Hello, I run a NAS device and VLC seem to be unable to connect correctly. I want to now allow all udp traffic that comes from 192.168.178.1:1900 How can I do this? I know how to open a port, but how do you allow all traffic *from* a certain port and IP?
