For SuSE 9.1, the clamav package itself contains the virus definitions; the data contained in the db-package for other distributions is included in the main clamav package for SuSE 9.1. SuSE 9.1 contained a package like this originally (so an "update" of the db package would be "wrong"); SuSE 9.0 and older did not contain any clamav, while SuSE 9.2 and newer divide the contents in to two packages.
