Currently all traffic from the private network works going to the internet. However, incoming traffic to port 80 on IP 200.200.200.1 needs to get to 10.0.0.2 and the outgoing traffic from the webserver needs to be sourced with the same IP.
I think you should have a look at the "FW_FORWARD*" parameters in /etc/sysconfig/SuSEfirewall2 Especially FW_FORWARD_MASQ="0/0,10.0.0.2/32,tcp,80" should do the trick for you.
