winSCP is another free sftp
client for Windows, though the program loses connection if
ClientAliveInterval is set too low in sshd_config.

# kill session if no proper response from client.
# avoids having "ghost" sessions running.
ClientAliveInterval 40
ClientAliveCountMax 3
