I believe that the user has entered five times the wrong PWD an now the user-account is locked but who can I unlock this account?
man passwd if "passwd -S glsupport" reports something like alex L mm/dd/yyyy some more info where "L" stands for locked, you may want to "passwd -u glsupport". or just set a new password, since the user obviously cannot remember his old one :). cheers, Lars-Gunnar
