From the evidence I see, your mailer is not at fault.The original has all the traits of badly spoofed mail - No original To:, From:, Date: or Message-ID: save the ones added by my ISP but it did have a blank Bcc: !!. I use a perl script in procmail to send most of these to /dev/null. The only thing that saved it here was the suse return address.
