Hi,

I'm still failing to find a Ruby library/rubygem for accessing
systemd functionality (preferably over D-BUS). Do you know of
anything useful?

I think that such a library is not needed as everything should be
fairly simple calls to the systemd DBus API. Or what use cases do
you have in mind?

That said, maybe you would be more happy with plain ruby-dbus (which
I maintain upstream) if its usage was simpler? Then ping these known
issues or file a new one:

"Objects must be introspected explicitly"
https://github.com/mvidner/ruby-dbus/issues/28
"Values returned by object proxies are always arrays"
https://github.com/mvidner/ruby-dbus/issues/30
