[opensuse-releaseteam] increase memory of 64bit machine to 1.5GB?

Hi, So Leap 15.1 hit the limit of 1GB RAM with the NET iso. Looks like TW already cheats by setting QEMURAM on some medias. That setting belongs to the machine though.
