EVERY user of 11.2 has that repository on AUTOREFRESH active, because that is the default installation?
No, it is not the default installation.
/oss/ would be in the default installation, but not /source/.
WRONG!
In 11.2 it has autorefres enabled by default. The repo is disabled, but refresh is enabled.
Yes, it's added in a disabled state, so it can easily be enabled - but that still leaves autorefresh pointless, because only enabled repos are refreshed, auto- or not.
