At the same time the project maintainers of d:l:p should probably be giving atleast 2-3 days for actual maintainers to accept requests before they do, there are plenty of other devel repo's where the maintainers do a much better job of this.
That's not reasonable, no. People can go on vacation, be sick or busy with other stuff. Don't assume that just because someone isn't responding on the spot they are missing in action. Again, no other FOSS project that I have worked with handles it like this and that number is very high. There is no need to be chasing upstream 24/7. Adrian
