[opensuse-packaging] How to get new Factory sub-packages added?

I am breaking part of the open-iscsi package for openSUSE:Factory into two new sub-packages: open-isns, and iscsiuio. What do I have to do to get these two new sub-packages added to the list of packages that get delivered as part of the OS?
