from the buildlog:

[ 370s] httpd-2.4.4-28.1.i586.rpm: directories not owned by a package:

Well, /usr/lib/initscripts does not make sense on openSUSE, as
our init scripts live in /etc/init.d/

If you want to build Apache 2.4.4, why not take it from project Apache package
apache2?
