Hi, I have a lot of pear packages which I also want to package for debian. However, the debian packaging process does not seem to accept tgz files as tar.gz files
Our debtransform helper in the build package should be fixed to also accept tgz files.
Cheers, Michael.
Can you point me to the upstream location to provide a patch? Do I need to wait for an obs update or will I just have to provide an additional tool rpm when I have the fix?
It's part of the "build" package, the upstream location is: git@github.com:openSUSE/obs-build.git
We can update "build" independent of the obs version.
Cheers, Michael.
https://github.com/openSUSE/obs-build/pull/34 I tested it locally but I have no privileges to test it against our internal obs installation. I think we discuss the rest in the pull request and just report to final outcome to this thread for future reference. - -- Ralf Lang Linux Consultant / Developer Tel.: +49-170-6381563 Mail: lang@b1-systems.de B1 Systems GmbH Osterfeldstraße 7 / 85088 Vohburg / http://www.b1-systems.de GF: Ralph Dehner / Unternehmenssitz: Vohburg / AG: Ingolstadt,HRB 3537 -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.19 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://www.enigmail.net/ iEYEARECAAYFAlDAh1cACgkQCs1dsHJ/X7BDogCfTmTVBwjfBCO8L0iZWP+Xzq7g M9YAoNmnz/1gA74GQgWItrql3y4MN1Md =0H/z -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+owner@opensuse.org
