The macro in comment check is useful... While some macros (ex:
%suse_update_desktop_file) don't trigger weird effects on comments
when they are expandaded others, namely spec sections do blow up
builds if they are in comments and not truncated (doubling the
percentage will truncate the macro, ex: %%, and it will not trigger
rpmlint).
While it's somehow discussable, it's really good that rpmlint checks
this as macros in comments aren't safe under certains circunstances.
