I don't find an rpm package for libexiv2-9-0.20-2.1 but I have it
installed. Probably came from 11.4 which I upgraded. I would add the
ll.4 repo, install libexiv2-9-0.20-2.1, and then try installing rawstudio.
If it works, all is well. If not, rpm -e libexiv2-9-0.20-2.1.x86_64, and
remove the added repo, nothing lost except time.
Or you could download the 11.4 src repo and rebuild it for 12.1.
rpmbuild --help
fwiw, I believe the 11.4 package will work fine. My install of
libexiv2-9-0.20-2.1.x86_64 is from March 2011.
# rpm -q --last rawstudio libexiv2-9
rawstudio-2.0-1.1 Wed Nov 23 20:20:16 2011
libexiv2-9-0.20-2.1 Wed Mar 2 06:53:06 2011
I will file a bug against the rawstudio build for the missing libexiv2-9
package. re: Bug 740042

I just added graphics repository on openSUSE 12.1 and I tried to install
rawstudio but got following error:
|Problem: nothing provides libexiv2.so.9 needed by rawstudio-2.0-1.2.i586
| Solution 1: do not install rawstudio-2.0-1.2.i586
| Solution 2: break rawstudio by ignoring some of its dependencies
