the list is limited and is what can be found on the wiki page linked.
The valid ones are:
PATCH-{FIX|FEATURE}-{OPENSUSE|SLE|UPSTREAM}
plus a special case
PATCH-NEEDS-REBASE

What means "rebase"? I never heard this before.

Generally it means to change the basis of a patch, usually to make a patch
based on old code apply to (be based on) on a newer version.

Here's a german explanation of the git rebase command, which probably includes
a lot of git specific stuff but the concept is the same:
