There are a lot of project that use "GPLv2 onnly" and there are a lot of projects that use GNU libreadline. This is where I expect the highest probability for a problem.
Almost all of these types of projects have already been notified by the distros, and there are a number of easy solutions for it, shipping readline-5 being the most obvious.
