[opensuse-packaging] Reminder Milestone 8 (aka "Beta3")

Hi, I would like to remind everyone that Milestone 8 is planned for next week. This is the last beta we have, after that there is considerable few time till RC1 check in on October 9th. What worries me though that there are 133 project.diff for factory packages and I know only of very few cases where it's expected because we do not want to update the factory package now. So please, everyone check the projects you're in and review the diffs and submit. The check in deadline for most packages is again Friday, this week.
