I'm a bit confused about java3d on Linux. There seems to be no official version from Sun. So if I want to have java3d in an application, I have to use the 1.3.1 from Blackdown. If an application uses Java 1.4, I cannot use that on Linux. Right?
Du haben verlernt Muttersprache? Nö, Du brauchst kein J2SDK/JRE 1.3.1, in dem Readme zu Java 3D 1.3.1 (ftp://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/languages/java/linux/java3d/1.3.1/i386/fcs/README-Java3D) steht sogar: * Java 2 Runtime or SDK version 1.4.1 or later from Blackdown (http://www.blackdown.org/) or Sun Microsystems (http://java.sun.com/j2se/). Und ich muss sagen, in der Vergangenheit hatte ich auch keine Probleme mit IBMs Java-Version. -- Machs gut | http://www.iivs.de/schwinde/buerger/tremmel/ | http://packman.links2linux.de/ Manfred | http://www.knightsoft-net.de
