[opensuse-marketing] Conference Promotion task list

We now have a wiki page detailing the items we need to take care of for promoting the conference at http://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Conference_Promotion_2011 Some parts are still WIP, but there's a number of items that y ou can already volunteer to pick from.
