People,
I need 2 «values» to identify OBS with. What would be the best ones?
Let me brainstorm a few: collaborative open easy complete flexible
? I like 'collaborative' and 'easy', pointing to resp. the cooperative part (working together on projects and packages; working with/on packages for other distributions) and well - easy is obvious. Together you can say "OBS: easy collaboration" or something like that.
And I have a second question, I often use quotes, I was wondering if this one is too aggressive, the quote itself and the author, since he's kinda polemical:
"The average user doesn't give a damn what happens, as long as (1) it works and (2) it's fast." - DJ Bernstein
Fine by me.
Those are for OBS article.
Be sure to use the article by Helen as much as you can - it gives a good base. It has numbers, features and other stuff - just isn't written in such a 'planned' fashion as you're doing so you'll have to adjust things a bit.
It is to be used for Helen's article. I've spared some time in the upcoming days to work on it as I've accomplished my personal stuff already.
