This is a very interesting article, objective and somehow though it's not a 'Debian only' like the author states, it does show some interesting topics, and of course, a very objective interpretation.
One thing the author mentions is the long tradition of Debian and he also
mentions Slackware and RedHat in this context. But he forgot about SUSE, which
has a comparable tradition (in fact I think it's slightly older than Debian).
