Thursday as editors deadline because of most news/minutes/announcements are out on wednesday/thursday. Saturday night (or at the latest Sunday morning / UTC) on the other hand for the release of the newsletter because the newsletter should be out for/during the weekend. I also see, that Friday night is really optimistic and we're all volunteers - but its a target ;). @all: Question: how long does it take you to translate an issue of the weekly news ? If we know an average value, we can see where we can improve our process and make it easier.
