I made a new package for SuSE 9.2, scim-anthy. It is available here:

If you are using SCIM to input Japanese and have used uim-anthy via
SCIM so far, you may find scim-anthy useful.
It comes with a nice, graphical configuration module, i.e. you can
easily setup key-bindings and other settings just by clicking on the
setup icon in the SCIM taskbar.
