Could you update the spec file so, that the dependency to the gtk2 is reflected in the rpm? Otherwise apt4rpm (or also YOU) install new releases of gtk2 without being able to detect that a dependency was broken. Obviously this dependency is a killer, so it should definitely be noted in the spec file. Regards Marc
