[opensuse-kubic] New: toolbox utility and container

Hi, If you haven't read the blog yet: for openSUSE MicroOS and Kubic we have now the "toolbox" utility and container. With this, you can run a privileged container to debug your system without the need to reboot for installing debugging utilities.
