I'd hate that. Kernel:HEAD is what was "KOTD" long ago, which is useful for those wanting to run the really latest stuff. There is already Kernel:stable which might be boring enough for Factory.
No no. It was *you* who complained that factory has 3.X.0 for weeks because Kernel:HEAD moved to greener (aka more broken) grasses and so we agreed to have Factory fed from stable tree while master is not for the average factory user. And I don't remember having had to change devel projects for that.
