Your kernel is tainted by nvidia, I doubt it has something to do with the problem, but could you try to reproduce without that driver loaded ?
Not very easily. I didn't have this problem with rc7 though. I don't know if that helps?
That WARNING happens when the system cannot find a supported rate. I think it is a symptom, not a cause. The most recent modification for iwl3945 changed a BUG_ON to a WARN_ON. From the commit (7c2510120e9b43b0c) message, it seems to apply to connections at 5 GHz. Does that apply to you? I think you are using that wireless device.
