This looks like a bug in the CFS scheduler. Could you please try with
latest vanilla (2.6.25-rc3, or at least KOTD snapshot [1] of our HEAD
kernel), and if the problem persits, report the bug upstream (to Ingo
Molnar, and CC lkml).
