The actual box itself is attached to the wall behind several suspended monitors I can't move. It's an IOGEAR 4 port. The port the computer in question is on is connected to a Trendnet two port that connects to the IOGEAR. (It behaves the same way when connected directly to the IOGEAR) These things are impossible to get to to get model numbers.
