Hi, I'm seeking some direction on where to submit a bug. ::: Problem ::: When I set `gtk-key-theme-name="Emacs"' (in ~/.gtkrc-2.0-kde4), my GTK windows accept Emacs commands to navigate within fields. For example, with it set, CTRL-A will advance to the front of the field (rather than selecting the entire field's content). On openSUSE 12.3, this setting worked well with Thunderbird's HTML composer up until an update about six months ago. The update broke how the setting interacts with Thunderbird's composer. There are several hot-key commands I use (and defined) which no longer work with the setting. Below are a couple: o CTRL-B toggles emboldening. Now, it backspaces. o CTRL-SHIFT-E starts an external editor. Now, nothing happens. Due to work demands, I put up with it. :) Fast forward to now, I decided to install openSUSE 13.2 and the problem still exists. What I'd like to do is report a defect but I don't know which KDE component I should report the defect against. I have checked both openSUSE 12.3 and 13.1 bug lists as well as KDE's bugs. I don't see anything about this issue. Any direction would be appreciated. I was thinking if I don't hear anything from this list I'd try IRC. I've posted to KDE Forums and nothing yet.
