Hi Achim, As I indicated in my previous message there are two KDE branding packages that are not building due to missing dependencies. These packages deliver exactly the above mentioned packages. (main packages are kde-branding-openSUSE and kdebase4-openSUSE).

The last library is another package that apparently didn't transfer to Tumbleweed, not sure if it's important or not.
This is a library that allows you to use barcodes for the kaddressbook. At this moment I guess that the standard package from the 13.1 repo is taken, which is fine. The solution is simple as that there is only one missing package in Tumbleweed (desktop-data-openSUSE) that needs to be updated as that the branding-openSUSE package was updated in version Temporary solution would be indeed to lock the branding packages and to update from Tumbleweed.
