[i've sent this message to the KDE devel. mailing list as well; not sure if it's openSUSE related or not.] since upgrading to KDE 4.8.2 (from openSUSE's KDE:/Distro:/Factory repo) yesterday, i find that ktorrent frequently freezes, without hogging CPU or RAM though. it simply stops responding for a few minutes but will come 'back to life' eventually. starting ktorrent from the command line, i get this: ------------- phani@phani:~> ktorrent QDBusConnection: session D-Bus connection created before QCoreApplication. KGlobal::locale::Warning your global KLocale is being recreated with a valid main component instead of a fake component, this usually means you tried to call i18n related functions before your main component was created.
