Ok, now tested with Qt 4.7.8 and it looks some kind of awkward to my eyes. This Qt version seems to remove most lines and borders. I don´t know if Qt can be configured.

Sounds like there is an issue in QtCurve upstream with the newer version of Qt. See if you can make a bug report to QtCurve developers.
I think this is more a Qt 4.7.8 issue. It happens to the Oxygen style as well, Qt 4.7.8 simply eliminates most of borders and lines, no matter what style you use. But, there is now a fixed Qt version for KDE 4.7.1 available, Ismail just sent word a few threads below.
