It looks like qtgtl is still broken. It seems to be an incompatibility with the version of llvm you are using.
Indeed, the old qtgtl only supports llvm 2.6 which is stone age old, new one supports up to 2.9 but that doesn't work with gcc 4.6 either so I am trying to port it to llvm3, its compiling up to 70%, I'll see how that does.
