and down:

qdbus org.kde.kmix \ /kmix/KMixWindow/actions/decrease_volume com.trolltech.Qt.QAction.trigger

don't forget toggle mute:

qdbus org.kde.kmix \ /kmix/KMixWindow/actions/mute com.trolltech.Qt.QAction.trigger
