I just completed a install of 11.4 on a new machine. I copied my home directory from my old machine. My problem is that I am unable to get kaddressbook to start. Kontact seems to start and brings in mail, calandar and to-do's work. Have not tried notes, journal and feeds yet. Can some one help get address book working.
Was your old system openSUSE 11.3/KDEPIM 4.4.4?
What output do you get if you run 'kaddressbook' in konsole?
Martin: The old machine was running 11.4 rc1 fully updated. When I run the command kaddressbook in a terminal as user I get no output (no error messages) It just returns to the prompt with out delay. Martin and all: I added the Tumbleweed repository this morning and did a update then restarted
