We talked about it but didn't do it yet. It would be a prefix change as was done from /opt/kde3 to /usr. It shouldn't be a lot of work to do this, since most of the file locations in KDE packages are now set by variables from macros.kde4 in kde4-filesystem, but it is work, and it will be lower priority than features for me.
