Some time ago I proposed to create team that will be communication medium between developers and users with objective to translate user-developer communication. Profile of candidates for the team would be technical background, or ability to understand developers talk, and patience with users, or ability to interview people that need help. That sounds so close to - not heavily involved with <some> project. The Videolan repo problems can be connection problems. Once fails, next time works. Sometimes right after it failed. I wrote my version of http://en.opensuse.org/KDE/Repositories and I would need comments.
