Hi,
first of all: I wish all of you a happy new year.
Now the problem:
I updated my both systems to 4.3.86 and on both the Network plasmoid displays accesses to the network. One system with ~1100 KiB and the other with ~2200 KiB. With 4.3.85 it was not...
Are there any hidden network processes running now?
Displayed accesses increase from time to time. I "ksnapshotted" the current views: http://www.freeimagehosting.net/uploads/3e51011502.png http://www.freeimagehosting.net/uploads/516e68df7a.png I can say that there cannot be a so high access to the internet. I have only a bandwith ~16000 KBit. Network speed is 100 MBit. The system with ~6000 KiB is a 24/7. So we can see if it stops at a specific level... Upstream code has not been touched for 5 weeks: http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/KDE/kdebase/workspace/plasma/generic/applets/sys... Shall I report it upstream or is it more a openSUSE problem?
Thanks. Johannes
